What's the name of this painting?

I've got a version of a painting as my laptop wallpaper, but can't remember the name of it.

It's a watercolour I think, and it's a cafe/bar view from outside, with a couple at the bar and a barman dressed in white. It's quite famous I think.

My guess is it'll take PH less then 5 minutes to identify it.

I've got a funny version of it, with a pissed bear anteater outside after just throwing a chair at the window. I think it was on 4chan.
