I see them around from time to time, how would I go about contacting my local PCSO regarding "anti-social" behaviour?

Phone the station & ask to be put through to the safer neighbourhood team for your ward.

Suggest you might get more reaction phoning up local police HQ and finding out how to contact CBO( or CBO SGT ) for your area - It might be that your bit of info is the missing bit of the jigsaw ( as one CBO SGT said to me ).

A raised word or slap on the wrist should pull them into check.

Always report via a public payphone to Crimestoppers, that way your report is anonymous and starts a paper trial that will be followed through to an end result, well as to the Bib, nothing will probably be done and your name will be shown on your report/complaint.

Haha. Anonymous reports are great for securing convictions, yes your honour, there is a witness. We just don't know who they are... You're obviously very switched on to the legal process.

a crimestopper one, unless something serious will probably get read and then forgotten about. It helps if there is a contact to get more information from

I'd carry on how you are, speak to your PCSO. If you're the tenth person from your street to report it then you may get a tired, 'I'm aware, thanks,' but my experience of PCSO's has been that they're keen to know whats going on in the area that they cover.
