Evening people,

After winning the Decemeber comp (thanks very much by the way...smile )I have thought about this months theme.

I have went for the topic of 'Your Car.' Basically a picture of a car that either belongs to you or a member of your immediate family...

Please no car park shots though, I'm not a big fan of them....

Regards

John

Being the proud keeper of a rental van that is due to go back and nothing of interest in my immediate family I think I will sit this one out but good job on keeping it car related.

Good luck everyone.

One of my fav shots was taken in May '09 of my Monaro on it's 4th tour of the Scottish highlands, on this occasion pictured at Torrin on the Isle of Skye...it's been to much more barren and remote locations over the years, but this was a pretty cool shot.

Congrats on the win, John.

Ha, that's an interesting topic. I normally try and shoot specifically for the comp but my current hack ran out of tax 31/12 and needs too much work to get through and MoT. Click the pic for a bit more description about the image but (having done driving shots to death) the basic idea was end of an era:

Not really got any good pics of my own stuff. I was more into spannering than togging when I took this on an old P&S.

This is where my login came from....took a year to build

Congratulations on winning John, very well deserved!

I might pop out and get a new shot for this comp. In the meantime, a car park shot hehe

Looking much cleaner than it is just now, the T5 has only been washed once since I got her a few months back.

Not sure if this one fits the bill; I shot it a couple of months back for a college assignment called "My dashboard". It is my car, though...

Straight out of the camera. No fiddling. And I suppose it's "My Cars"...
