Am desperatley trying to resolve a cock-up caused by the prats at Sky-tours.com.

I checked, double checked and checked once again the time of flight before I clicked, confirmed and booked on their website.

15 hours later, via email, the e-ticket arrives - WITH THE WRONG FLIGHT TIME.

I have opened a 'ticket' on their website, but their responses are not looking positive.

Does anyone have a telephone number for this horror outfit? Or are they genuinely contactable by email only?

How do you expect a positive response ?
As this, like all the others, is an automated booking system, its you who made the wrong booking by yourself.

Within some hours we have the chance to void your ticket but if your find this out later, unfortunately the ticket can´t be voided an change fees apply if its changable.

Even a phone number would not help you.

If you book wrong you have to accept your mistake and bear the consequences.
Skytours can´t overrule the tariff of the airline.

Mmmm, seems you are more responsive here than on your 'Technical support ticket' system.

For the umpteenth time, I carefully checked the time of flight before clicking and booking the flight.

I booked the 3pm flight, not the 7am flight - YOUR SYSTEMS HAVE SCREWED THIS UP, NOT ME.

And you issue an e-ticket via email a whole 15 hours later. Company policy is that?

Whether or not people avoid Sky-tours like the plague as a result of this posting is of no concern to me.

Needless to say, you can discount me as a future customer.

Lesson learnt for Dr Yazz this week - NEVER, NEVER again purchase any service from any company which does not have a contactable phone number.

One can only hope Sky Tours do not employ the person who replied as they struggle to compile a literate response !!!!!!!!!!!!!
