This is the first teaser image of a mysterious new supercar - the Amoritz GT DR7 - that hails, of all places, from Brazil.
Now Brazil may not be a country that springs to mind when you think of the finest thoroughbred supercars, but that hasn't put off Brazilian designer Fernando Morita and an anonymous investor, whose creation - from this teaser sketch at least - seems to scream out 'supercar'.
The classic cab-forward Lamborghini-esque machine is apparently powered by a mid-mounted version of the 8.4-litre V10 you'll find under the bonnet of the Dodge Viper. There is talk of a 612hp power output, but twin turbochargers are also being whispered about, which would take the GT DR7's power figure a fair way north of that.
Inrterestingly, the GT DR7 is being designed from the outset to run on E85 bioethanol, since biofuels have long been a popular choice in South America.
Beyond the engine, technical details for the new car are scarce but, like the new Canadian Plethore LC750 supercar, The DR7 gets the increasingly popular three-seat layout.
There are 245/35 R20 tyres at the front and 315/30 R22 rubber at the rear, but whether the Amoritz will get airbags, ESP or even ABS is as yet unknown.
More will be revealed in October, when Amoritz says it will take the wraps off the car for real.
