PistonHeads have just discovered a club which specialises in assisting drivers with legal disputes, particularly speeding penalties.
With a basic membership of £5.95 per month, the Driver's Club would be cheap at twice the price. If you're a member, the club sends a solicitor to contest speeding fines and motoring offences on your behalf, and will pay out up to £1500 per month if you tot up enough points to get banned.
The price of membership increases according to the number of points you have when you join, but you can still join even with eleven points on your licence. Other benefits include courtesy cars and a discounted online shop.
