To celebrate 40 years of GTS Holdens hooning around the Australian countryside the company has released this special edition. It is due to appear at the Australian International Motor Show next week, which is guaranteed to be all about big V8s and big horsepower.
The GTS stands for ‘Gran Turismo Sportivo’ and has been adorning the back of HSV Holdens for four decades. The commemorative car will sadly have no power boost, making do with the 425bhp 6.2-litre LS3 V8 from the Corvette, but will be covered in 40th anniversary logos and stripes, and comes in special red or white paint.
