Credit where it's due to Liberty Walk, confidence in the product is not lacking. "Maseratis fitted with the firm's new Works kit", states the press release, "will have the power to stop traffic, slacken jaws and make even the loudest and most in-your-face of supercars cower". Like we say, they're not shy.
Who doesn't love a ducktail spoiler?
Neither is the car! Have you ever seen such a wild
GranTurismo
? The cars pictured here have the full Works kit, comprising the front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper/diffuser, the arches and Liberty Walk's "mean as hell" ducktail spoiler. Taking a wild guess, it seems likely that this car is on the optional air suspension as well.
As standard the bodykit is finished in glass-reinforced plastic, but is also available at extra cost in carbon fibre for "the ultimate in styling, strength and lightness." Moreover, if you don't want to go the whole hog, the kit is also available piecemeal. Liberty Walk proudly boasts that the kit has been "painstakingly developed" to ensure precise fitment and easy assembly for "any trained bodyshop". Don't forget a wheel and tyre combo with sufficient attitude to really complete the look. Decals optional...
Air suspension will raise it for SW1
Liberty Walk has the GranTurismo parts in stock now; the full Works kit in GRP for a GranTurismo MC Stradale is £10,230, or £12,150 on other GranTurismos. There's a 'Performance' bodykit also available for £8K. All the Works parts - front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, spoiler - are all available individually for less than £2K each. Air suspension is £6,499.
For the carbon fibre option, prices rise to £12,230 for the MC Stradale and £14,150 for the other models. Not a cheap endeavour then. Although if getting noticed is your thing, far more money could be spent and less attention attracted than a Liberty Walk Maserati! Take your pick from the classifieds here...
