Usually we like to offer a POTW that has some relevance to the week now behind us, but sometimes we can't do that as we upload them almost two weeks ealier enabling us to take a few well earned days off. So, be upstanding for this rather fine POTW that has absolutely no relevance at all to January 1st....
However, this is PistonHeads right? So who needs an excuse to show a picture of the rather beautiful Aston Martin LMP1 Le Mans racer. Who needs an excuse to remember what it was like to watch the middle of the night pit stops through a slight alcoholic haze at the 24hour? And who needs an excuse when you can simply sit back and look at all of the activity around that car as the team work hard to get 007 back on track as soon as possible.
As PHers we don't need to justify our love of great cars, because those of us who are on here understand that you either get it, or you don't. All we know is that after seeing this picture we are already counting down the days to Le Mans 2010 - even if the Aston Martin works team may not be there...
