Howard Bryan's TVR Tuscan
Deputy editor of Sprint magazine Howard Bryan will be moving up two classes next season to race an AJP V8 powered Tuscan Challenge Car for Team Wright Racing in the 2007 Dunlop Tuscan Race Series.
With sponsorship from Tradewoods and race car preparation by Grantura Engineering and Automedon, Howard has already purchased Mike Jordan’s Thames Valley Racetech Tuscan which came second in the series in 2001 and has a string of wins, pole positions and fastest laps to its credit.
The Tuscan will be returned to the track in its original John Guest colours at the end of this year and will undergo extensive testing through the winter in preparation for next year’s Challenge, where the team are looking to be on the pace from the start of the season.
With just one sponsorship placement left to fill on the car and plenty of time for development and testing, the team is looking forward to a successful 2007 campaign.
