Honda CB750 1970, Pre-K0, Stunning example
THE BIKE SPECIALISTS, TRADING STANDARDS AWARDS WINNERS. We're extremely proud to have for sale a stunning Candy Ruby Red example of the iconic Japanese motorcycle, the Honda CB750 Pre-K0. With its four-cylinder transverse engine, the 750 was a big hit with the public at its introduction in 1968 and has since become a collectors favourite. It was unlike anything Honda had produced for the public, and frightfully similar to their race bikes, with the first mass-production in-line four-cylinder engine. It was the first Superbike, and more than 45 years later it makes for a great classic ride. Today, motorcyclists and collectors alike are snatching up original and restored early-production Honda CB750 motorcycles due to their limited numbers and their place in history. Our CB750 has been meticulously restored including a full engine re-build carried out by John Wyatt as well as a full cosmetic restoration using all genuine NOS parts. Featuring David Silver reproduction exhausts, clocks refurbed by Alan Smith and sand-cast parts including the rare round rimmed real wheel and hub sand-cast ignition this really has been a no expenses spared restoration. The motorcycle still showcases some of it's original parts including the clocks which were refurbished in France and have covered just 7 miles since as well as the genuine unrestored seat that remains in beautiful condition. The motorcycle also comes supplied with an archive letter from Honda confirming the engine and chassis number and the production date as 16th January 1970. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information or book a viewing of this motorcycle which really does need to be seen to be believed. It will come complete with 12 months MOT and a full service as we can offer delivery across the UK and worldwide. Finance packages also available.
