1998 TVR GRIFFITH 500

TVR Griffith 500 1998 Brooklands Green SP12 Wheels

Purchased in June 2022 from Amore Autos and now unfortunately selling due to back issues and lack of use, she deserves to be driven!

The car was first Registered August 1998 and supplied by Fernhurst.

Prior to my ownership this car has had a lot of upgrades and looks fabulous in the traditional Brooklands Green with complimentary Biscuit and Green interior. A huge a history file is present detailing thousands spent over the years.

New advisory free MOT at X-Works which expires May 26. Also completed some additional work including rear handbrake pads, air filter, dizzy cap etc.

Full-service history, 12K service completed April 2024.

In 2023 a new battery was fitted and a small service completed, including replacement of rocker cover gasket, replaced battery in alarm fob and rear brake pads.

In 2022 it had a new veneer dash, door card inserts and rear screen.

Other previous work includes: Mark Adams Tornado Mapped, New Cam and chain set at 51k miles. New outriggers 2012, Nitron shocks, Hi Spec brake upgrade, new tyres 2020, Full Leven Alloy kit, Clarion head unit with upgraded speakers, Alloy radiator, Upgraded headlamps, Leven induction kit, Act Y Piece and manifolds, Smooth bore pipes, and lots more.

The car is by no means a garage queen since there are a few stones chips, scratches and star grazing in one area as shown in the photos. Some rippling can also be seen if you look closely at the driver’s wheel arch which would be remedied, potentially with a new front end paint job if I were keeping. Of course, none of this distracts from the driving experience which is thrilling.

MOT next due 08/05/26.

59’979 miles but may creep up a little with some use.

Priced reasonably in my view at £22’295 which excludes private registration.

Reverts to S279 EAF prior to sale (if I can work out how to do it).
