Bucket seats (but I do have the standard seats which I am happy to sell)

Maintenance:

Service history from my ownership only every 3-5k miles

Engine Rebuild – circa 5k miles ago. (rebuild at 64k miles, 1500 miles to run in the engine)

2.1 Stroker kit (planned on taking the car to 450/500 HP with a top mount hence the build)

EJ20 new head gasket pairs 0.8mm

RCM head stud kit

Head Rebuild

Rebore and hone block

Competition stage 2 clutch

Competition clutch flywheel

Service/running in items (Oil, filters, sundries etc.)

+ may other items that coincide with the engine rebuild (receipts to prove)

Notes

Very common leaky boot space (I have had it resprayed in the past, but I do believe its coming in from the light / spoiler)

General age-related marks (stone chips etc)

2 of the gauges light have dimmed (could be a lose connection)

Always cleaned by myself in my ownership (father in law has had the car 11 years before I bought it 2/3 years ago)
