You are looking at a super-rare collectible and exceptionally unique Porsche 911 that we believe you could park at show next to a GT3-RS for £250k and this would gather as much if not more attention! We have been supplying special 911s for over two decades and have never seen one with all the “high desirability” items of factory specification all in one place making this a real joy to bring to the market. Most notably this is one of the first 996 ever produced meaning it powered by throttle cable and not fly-by-wire. This super-responsive characteristic is now hunted by collectors and drivers alike and sited as being very investible. Furthermore, the few throttle cable cars produced before they all went fly-by-wire are famed for being the lightest water-cooled 911s of all time even lighter than the stripped-out track focused 996 GT3 that followed it hence they are often referred to as baby GT3s. But the rare items continue with this car being a mechanical Limited Slip Differential car from factory making this an uncompromising spec focused on performance. Continuing the theme this collectible car has option 014 the Sports Package including wider wing back and hard back sports seats and even bigger sports performance brakes. Penultimately the legendary M030 suspension giving the car stiffer dampers and a 10mm drop from factory by request of the first owner is responsible for why this car’s stance just seems so much nicer than a standard suspension 996. This car is finally topped off in arguably my personal favourite colour of the generation of Ocean Jade metallic. Uber rare and highly desirable today in the wider Porsche circles. And did we forget to mention this is of course a manual rear wheel drive Carrera and not a more commonly specified four-wheel variant. To find one of the above items on any one 996 is exciting for us but to find all in one car makes this a truly a holy grail.
