1992 E30 BMW 325I Convertible Tech2

1992 E30 BMW 325i convertible. Calypso red with a red soft top hood. WORKING POWER HOOD. Original 5 speed manual.

Only 5 previous keepers. The penultimate keeper was a Vicar. I still have the sellers receipt.

2 sets of keys, HPI clear, stamped service book up to 100k. Just had a fresh MOT.

147k, calypso red, genuine factory fitted tech2 kit. I've owned since 2015, I've only covered just over 2k miles since my ownership.

Started overhauling the underneath during the 2020 lockdown it's been an ongoing project.

Complete nut and bolt restoration of the underside, I took it back to bare metal, the car is absolutely solid and original. Reapplied the seam sealer, primed and underbody protection applied.

I used genuine BMW parts where I could source the parts.

New fuel lines, brake, clutch lines, with stainless steel fittings.

Braided brake lines, clutch and slave lines too.

All rubber fuel lines renewed with genuine hoses.

Also has the m3 aero kit rubber seals, which sit inside the front wings and the bonnet and front bumper.

All suspension components, heat shields, propshaft, heat shields, drive shafts, subframes, arb's sand blasted, powder coated. Fully poly bushed. Rear subframe has now got the added camber plate kit. So you have even more adjustment options.

Fuel tank is mint, like new, all related hoses, breather pipes renewed. New upgraded fuel pump.

Fully rebuilt LSD, 3.64. New bearings, seals, clutches, new gasket, new bolts, speed sensor and poly bush.

Fully refurbished brake calipers ATE pads and discs. Brand new master cylinder and refurbished servo.

E46 purple tag steering racks e36 inner and outer rods.

New pas pipe kit from BM Conversions. New power steering reservoir and all hoses.

Bilstein B8 dampers and H&R springs.

Engine bay fully painted. Engine fully rebuilt. Pressure tested, skimmed etc. New starter, alternator, many many new genuine parts.

All oils/ fluids changed, genuine filters used.

Green injectors have been fully tested and are working perfectly.

Headlights fully refurbished, re-chromed, lenses polished. They look fantastic.

Mishimoto aluminum radiator and Mishimoto electric fan now fitted. ( you can revert to a viscous fan easily, all parts are preset)

Alpina reps have been refurbished inside out. And new tyres.

The original 15" bbs are now inside out also refurbished. The car comes with both sets OF WHEELS.

Working red electric hood with great rear window.

Recaro LS seats have been reupholstered and supplied by AMX in Poland. Also the rear seats, door cards and center consoles. Retrimmed 370mm tech2 steering and brand new genuine leather gear knob and gator.

Factory green tinted windscreen.

New genuine heater matrix and water valve . New heater blower gaskets.

95% nuts and bolts, washer are brand new. The others have all been blasted and zinc plated.

New clutch kit, slave cylinder. All oils and fluids have been refreshed.

New washer bottle, new radiator reservoir.

Genuine new front grills. New bonnet heat insulation.

New aftermarket oil cooler kit. ( The original lines come with the car, they have also been fully refurbished)

Scorpion stainless exhaust.

New speakers and alpine retro head unit. Un cracked dashboard, also comes with a dashboard mat

I'm sure I have missed loads as its been off the road a good while. I'll add to this if I remember further details.

Previous owner had the car 10 years he had the car garaged over winter. And I have had it 10 years. Also garaged.

The car is a genuine example.. A great car.

I've only driven 120 miles since rebuild and MOT.

Clifford concept 650 alarm, immobilizer with key pad.

New, genuine boot, horseshoe rubber seals replaced. Also rear light gaskets have been replaced.

A genuine, a very reluctant sale. Comes with a genuine wind deflector.

I've probably missed a lot of information out.
