Each Lightning Yellow limited edition is identified with a plaque mounted on the dashboard with the build number. All 100 of these Lightning Yellow editions came with unique features including:

17 inch dark anthracite alloys (these are still in superb condition and have just received brand new set of Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 tyres all round)

Black windscreen surround (instead of silver)

Full black sports leather upholstery

Colour coded yellow hard top and folding black mohair soft top and floor mats.

Originally registered in the UK in January, 2002.

M62 Stage 2 supercharger conversion (all new parts) by Jon Seal Sportscars.

The car is running the Dutch ECU. This means you can modify the map and fuelling parameters with an ordinary computer. So, no need to pay for mapping. The licence for the software will be included in the sale.

New Chris Tullet exhaust system for the supercharger conversion comprising 2.5’’ manifold, downpipe and repackable silencer.

Car has not been dyno'd, but is easily producing 240-260BHP.

There are a couple of areas on the bodywork that need attention to get the car perfect. As shown, there is a spot on each rear arch where attrition has dashed the paintwork. Also the front lower clam is stonechipped, which is a normal occurrence on these cars.

The car is currently configured for track days in terms of geometry and cornerweighting. If it was to be used as a road car I would recommend (at least) to reinstall the original suspension, increase the ride height and remove the current timber front splitter.

All of the stock items are packages in storage if anyone wishes to return this car to to full-stock or near-stock configuration, including the seats, OEM wheels, centre console, rear bulkhead trim. Nothing is missing.

The car is not NCT'd and will need a sports catalytic converter in order to undertake the test. This is available from Chris Tullet Exhausts. It may also be possible to get a cat fabricated locally for the test.

The car is currently insured on a classic policy with Autoline with the supercharger conversation declared.

As the car is originally a UK car it is eligible for a VRT rebate. If a UK buyer is interested in buying, the asking price is £13,950 due to the rebate which I can apply for upon export. The UK price doesn’t include the OEM hardtop, wheels or seats in order to keep the UK asking price competitive. But they can be negotiated if they are desirable.
