I really dislike big mouth hypocritical Clarkson, and his midget sidekick.
They both slag off American cars, "Oh its American, so it must have crap handling coz they don,t go around corners" and they have cheap plastic interiors and the build quality is poor.
Firstly where does Clarkson's Ford GT40 come from, and his dwarf mate had to sit on a cushion to drive the Caddy Escalade.
Anyone want to buy my C5 in classified, I am going to order a C6.

I wouldn't expect anything else from Jezza...

Still, will be nice to see this C6 in the flesh, and I do hope that it's dry and the Stig gives it a good lashing...

Now, will GM have given them:

- a manual car
- with the active handling (FX51 or whatever it's called)

I do hope so!! Still, whatever will be will be... will be interesting whatever!

I'm quietly confident it'll surprise them...

and Richard Hammond is actually a closet muscle car nut so if they allow him to drive it it could be a good review. Last I heard he was selling his Porsche 911 to buy a Dodge Charger!

It would have been quite something had they had a Z06 to put round the track for comparison but they've probably never heard of it.

Well I suppose we are in luck if Hammond is a muscle car fan because he will be testing the C6. It also says that he discovers it breaks away from tradition (perhaps in the stereotypical way like the C5 did?). How do I know this? I used the TV guide on Sky to read the description of Sunday's show.

If it has anything to do with the unmentionable t**ts at GM sales and marketing they will have given them the softest sprung worst prepared automatic car they could find and then they will act hurt and surprised when it gets a massive slating!!

I'll swap you one video of the show for a wiring diagram of your rear light set up.

And so he DID slag off the Corvette. But some of the points were valid - naff interior plastics, gearchange no better, possibly time Chevy bought some coil springs and the rear fascia a little pliable..

For our American readers, they even drag raced the car and it came third. Beat the Porsche 911 but blitzed by a TVR and an NSX....albeit with a not very good driver.

The track time was good but ultimately untidy. Roll on the Z06. GM have not quite done it.

I've trashed NSX's in my C5! Talk about a rubbish driver!

The ONLY one of those cars that should have beaten the vette is the TVR.
