Does anyone know if the timesonline will be doing their usual free friday tickets for the FOS this year, have had some 2 years running and wouldn't want to break the tradition this year!

TBH if I have to buy then I have to buy but I will hold off until the weekend before; they are never going to sell out for the Friday (especially not with all us tightarses holding off buying and waiting for the offer ) You can buy online pretty close to the day and then collect on the gate if need be.

I bought my Friday ticket at the weekend, and it's already arrived
Reason being, 2 years ago I applied for the Times tickets then it appeared to be a draw and I hadn't won any tickets - fortunately a PHer came to the rescue and gave me his, so I could go after all

I've not been for a couple of years now, so would really like to go this year. However I'm not driving there, as from Somerset it took 4 hours last time, 2.5hrs to get there a 1.5hrs queuing! The plan is to fly in which is totaly dependant on the weather, so don't really want to buy a load of tickets I might not be able to use.
