Leather strapped Daytona's

in the next year i quite fancy a nice sporty leather strapped watch i really like the leather strapped daytonas as below according to the website they only do them in white gold not ss so i presume they will be 12k +
you never really see them being spoken about are they not a popular model ?

Don't remember ever seeing a Daytona being worn on a strap, but it looks pretty nice.
One of the golden rules of expensive watch buying is to go for the one with the bracelet. It usually works out much cheaper than buying the bracelet later & at that sort of money you should be able to swing a free strap as part of the negotiation.

i am under the impression you cannot change the strap from metal to leather because of the way they fit the sholders are wrong to change between them

Almost....The Daytona on croc strap(as shown) is available in either white or yellow gold..
