I just watched Jason Manford: Live on C4, and I'm puzzled.

Did he just do the same routine twice in an hour, or am I going bonkers?

If so, WTF? If not, getmecoat

He was on Michael Mcintyre's Comedy Roadshow on BBC1 and his show on Channel 4 started just after that finished. He did the same routine on both shows.

I thought I'd heard the 'Hello, can I speak to PC Williams' sketch before.

...always enjoy a bit of Manford though.

Ahh. I think that may have been it. Mrs Doofus watched Michael Macintyre whilst I arsed about on my laptop, and then she wandered off somewhere and I turned over to C4 and heard the same stuff again.

So I'm not (entirely) bonkers then! Yay!

the "dislocated hip" bit of the show always makes me wince in pain, and I've watched the show a few times now

Nasty isn't it!

Love Jason Manford, going to his Tour later this year.. I think, its new stuff.

He's also quite good on Twitter, you never realise how much they have to work, usually Tweets about just getting home and its about 1-2am and is up early because his wife has just had twins so up with them.

Yep, I've seen a few of his bits on McIntyre and Mock the week etc.. so I was a bit put out that a lot of his stuff last night was stuff I'd seen before, when I checked the TV Guide and it wasn't a repeat.....

He's funny.

He's also over 6ft which I was surprised at. I dont know why I just thought he was short and fat.

Erm... I'm going to bed now.

I didn't think hje was right for The One Show anyway. He's too "frivolous" i.e. he couldn't handle the mood changes trequired for the lightweight stuff and the sometimes fairly heavyweight stuff that The One Show can switch between quite rapidly.

The old pairing of Bleakely and Chiles was able to handle these rapid mood changes better - she the jolly, smiley one, he the grumpy, serious one.

Was at a Frankie Boyle stand up the other night, he made some good jokes at Manford's expense, something about being caught cracking one off over some girl... and that was before this story broke hehe

Man in 'Cracks One Off To Girls On Internet' Shocker.

Of course, the real story here is "Moron Women Show Tits To Minor Celebrity" but no one is plastering their 'shame' all over the papers.
