We also have signs that say "Assholes to the rear". wink

No shirts outside is fine here as it is hot enough to melt your Cadburys. However, we do like one to don a shirt of some type when entering most businesses. The French are a bit overboard here IMO.

Agree 100%, the only time you should remove your shirt is at hoe or on the beach. You're a chav if you think that it's acceptable any other time.

Definitely agree, why do chavs do this? They tend to be pasty and and weedy anyway.

TBH the aesthetic sensibilities of most of us here are being troubled more by fat cha... erm 'football supporters' with no t-shirt on.

Surprisingly, given that this is England and we're not far behind the US in the fatty stakes, they're usually skinny but with 6 packs (presumably something they cheated with).
