I went to my local breakers yard for a coil-pack to help diagnose a problem.

And came back with a set of skis for £20 smile

Now all I need is a hill or a tow rope and a 4x4. smile

It should only be the same as a drag lift?

Has anyone on PH done it before? Any tips? smile

And some boots.

And an appointment at the local ski shop to have the non-adjustable bindings re-drilled.

And lessons in how to ski on 1970s skis.

And instructions on how not to be seen coming and consequently get turned over for something worth about 50p on a very good day just because it's snowing!

Sorry to micturate on your fried potatoes!

I would suggest using the ski's as a great base for a sledge. Duck taping to walking boots will end very badly !!

Someone should tell the OP there's an MX5 glued to the bottom of his skis.

I know two of them...........

One went to buy a paper and came back with a Volvo 245 and the other went out for milk and bought a Lexus IS200 that nearly killed her!

Must try it sometime!

Make sure you adjust the bindings before you go off skiing. You don't want to fall over and have the ski not come off and horribly break your leg ..
