From the what training have you done today thread, thought we could do a food diary so to speak.

So far for me

Muesli total yoghurt blueberries and half scoop of protein power for Brekkie with a cuppa. About 30g protein 0 fat , 25g carbs

1 protein shake and banana for snack.

Lunch incoming will probably have fish of some kind maybe herring with salad and quinoa.

Up at 5:30am, got to work at 6:15 and had two slices of dry brown toast and a bowl of outs and honey with skimmed milk.

Beefeater meal at 12:30pm, had grilled salmon fillet with broccoli, new potatos and some tomato stuff.

Haven't gone gym today but as I went yesterday afternoon and am going in the morning I'm not too worried.

breakfast:
one strawberry yoghurt
a home made bread roll with peanut butter

about 3pm:
a home made bread roll with some jam.

I had jacket potato and chicken with salad for lunch. Cheat meal tonight! Haven't drank I'm months gna grab a few beers and eat out.

The problem with this thread is that everyone eats but not everyone trains. So it's not really a health topic so much as a Lounge or Food/Drink topic. Wait until everyone comes on at 1pm post-pub and states they had 10 beers and 5 vodkas.

wel iv cycled about 12 miles today and done a 15 min dumbbell session in the afternoon.

Having got meself a dose of heat stroke/ exhaustion from work this week (I felt completely nauseous/fecked yesterday), I have waited 42 hours for my appetite to return.

So come lunchtime today, rather than another gallon of water, I elected to try me local Chinese for a spot of king prawn chow mein and a portion of boiled rice.

I have to say, it was so light and tasty, I've just got the same again for tea tonight!

3 ham pease pudding sarnies in white fresh bread rolls
1 slice carrot cake
4 chinese spiced chicken wings
4 slices hawaian pizza
5 cups earl grey
1/2 bottle red wine
2 brandy and cokes.

cutting back on a diet since Monday

So far.

'Portion' of Alpen NAS. 5g protein, 30g carbs.
100g smoked salmon and cream cheese snack. 23g protein, 10g fat.
Tuna mayo with spring onions on butter bean 'mash'. 50g protein, 70g fat, 30g carbs.

ETA- about 1500 kcals so far.

ETA2- Large bowl of home made beef chilli on Bulgur wheat with cheese.
