Just been online to book my ferry for next year and it cost me £60! last week it was showing £50! Do they have monthly offers?

By the way I'm booked on the 07:45 on the Wednesday (14th) a day earlier than most!

What time are you travelling?

My outward journey was £25 and my return was £35. Only a fiver when split between two so not too bad!

I beleive last december they were doing 2 for 1 so it may be worth waiting to see if they do it again??? might be risky though!

Dates aren't confirmed yet though, by ACO, are they?

Nope the official line is that the dates are not yet confirmed by the ACO although the ACO themselves are quoted by others as saying this is the likely date which is probably true.

It probably is the date but it isn't confirmed yet.

nice and gently wake up so going out 11.15 and back around 1730, that drive back is no fun if your in a rush

phoned TVR car club and they say ACO have confirmned to them 17/18th are the dates

Our return is the same as yours if on the Monday, my travelling times are similar to what I did this year which I didn't find it too bad.

after the horrendous service last year I shall not be travelling on that throwback from D-day again, whether its £50 or £5.

we had no troubles at all shnozz.

Booked to go St Malo next year. Night in Dinan on the way home, swimming pool, good food, proper bed, beer. and no 5 hour slog to Le Mans and back....

you tart. The 5 hour drive through France is what makes Le Mans. Call yourself a petrolhead. Thats another thing to add to your lentalist mannerisms that are, frankly, starting to worry me.

PS, add in a price of £3.20 per night for the hotel and you'll sound like Ben

We still actually drive to Le Mans mate, the drive is shorter and has no old bill ruining it.....

And, I plan going in the Monaro I may be purchasing, which is hardly lentilist.

You just dont want to admit that you are being like Bennno and trying to get the cheapest ferry. Next thing you'll be buying a Lamborghini which was previously owned by The Sultana of Brunei....

Dont know what the problem was....we had a ticket for 2 people in a Griff...

roll up with 4 people in a ford ranger, stacked with all sorts of crap(hammer, cillit bang, rohypnol) and we still got on......

there again it was Mel who handed over the tickets....
