I'm back - 8oC as the ferry landed at Portsmouth this morning. WTF?!
France wasn't brilliant, we were near Tours and it was merely 20oC during the day. But if the wind was off and it was sunny the sun was still burning hot
BH Monday looking miserable, but Sunday could be quite nice
And next week end? Please tell me is going to get hot again for the Bournemouth Air show!!France wasn't brilliant, we were near Tours and it was merely 20oC during the day. But if the wind was off and it was sunny the sun was still burning hot

We got back on Tuesday morning. Did a day trip to Chambord (about 50k east of Tours) otherwise we stayed closer to Ceauce, weather wasn't great, rained a bit most days but when sun was out it felt nice and warm

Here at Le Mans it was 7C this morning and is already down to 15C this evening. We decided to eat indoors! I don't see the BBQ getting much more use unless we have an Indian summer.
2.1oC was recorded in West Berks this morning. We had quite a few meals indoors in our corner of Sarthe - brrrrrrr. We went to look at the lights in Le Mans on Tuesday night. The cathedral was good, but the rest was a bit meh.
