Not entirely sure as to why it's rotated, but Costco steak, at it's finest!

Nothing worse than having blood washing around your plate. And it turns the chips pink which looks a bit ghey

I can see this one becoming fairly regular, well worth the long cooking time indeed.

In to a 100 degree oven for a couple of hours, slowly bringing the temperature up towards 40 degrees.

Out to rest, oven on to nuclear, spuds in, then beef in for 45 mins. Yorkies in for last half hour, steam some veggies. Done.
