Oh and cool to see some more Stangs..... 99% 4 or 6 cylinders it seems though.
What shocked me more.... I've only seen one new model Camaro in over a week and 1500 miles.
The majority of the Interstates seem to be patrolled by Honda Toyota and Kia, although I did see a lot more cool trucks up in rural Maine and Vermont.
You're right. Most Mustangs on the roads are not V8's. The new camaro's are not selling much. Personally I prefer the new camaro. The interior is really nice. It looks much nicer in person, it's just the rear end looks out of place with the rest of the car. Chevy sells a lot more c7 vettes than the new camaro. What shocked me more.... The interstates are home to some very boring cars. Kia's, hyundais, probably because they are normally sold at 0% finance.
I've never been that far north, but in the South it is muscle car and truck country.
Where have you been eating? If you go to outback steakhouse, get a loaded bloomin onion.
What do you think of turning right on red lights?
Checked my mailbox today, the special sauce has arrived!
Thank you very much! We have no fries at the moment. Chicken fajitas tonight. It will stay closed until that glorious moment.

Nice car. They look great a good decision by Ford design department I saw one in Oxford on Monday a 5.0 beautiful car in red. Do you still have your Alfa spider. I always enjoyed reading about it.
Thanks Yup, still got the Alfa. Its SORN'ed in the garage. The plan is to dig it out in about 5 yrs time and give it a full resto/engine rebuild/the works etc
A 5 year hiatus will be hard but when you start the "I've remortgaged my house" thread i'll know why.
Kapitein; thanks for your words of support in my accident thread.
I've been following and enjoying your Mustang thread, and it is partly the reason why I placed an order for my own V8 GT last month. I've been quoted a delivery date of February 2017, although the dealer thinks that it might arrive as early as December 2016.
I've also gone for the Magnetic grey with black wheels, as that is a great combo in my opinion.
My dealer has already offered me a cancelled order, due for delivery next week, but it was in the wrong color so I've decided to pass, as I'd rather wait for my chosen spec.
I'm keenly following your various mods for inspiration, so keep up the updates. I particularly love the video with the Roush axle back making some noise.

I ordered mine March and am expecting May 2017 - I'm happy with that because I want Sync 3 - if you get yours Dec will that be Sync 3? How come you have such a long wait? Presumably shipping to Australia takes a lot longer than the UK. Mine was ordered in July and should be in between December 2016 & February 2017.I've been told that mine will have the upgraded Sync 3 as well.

So I'd assume any ordered since then would be Sync 3.
The majority of the ones I'm seeing here in AU are V8s. They even went under evaluation for local police work here:

Lead times on delivery are due to the small allocation we get in comparison to the demand which is off the charts. The joys of our car market which means that plenty of "in demand" cars have absurd waiting lists because the the build run for our spec is so small in comparison to the rest of the world
Seeing at least 2 a day at the moment on my commute to and from work!

Looks good!
It is really annoying how lazy dealers are when it comes to fitting plates. My MR2 had re-enforced parts of the bumper/numberplate plinth for screwing the plates to, however the dealer plates were just attached through the bumper plastic.
Same on this one - there are two specific mounting points presented (and they fit perfectly with the EU style plate holders). They just couldnt be arsed to do it properly. It is really annoying how lazy dealers are when it comes to fitting plates. I suppose when you are doing 10 per day you just end up doing whatever is easiest/quickest.
Spoiler looks great on the rear end.
