Decent offer on one of my locals wink

Saw that earlier, earned a laughing emoji!

We obviously live in neighbouring towns, as I've seen on here before. Wonder how often we pass eachother?

Ps: if you ever see a motorcycle accident on the paxctoft roundabouts this winter, it'll probably be me again, so scrape me up if you can. There's usually a fiver in my back pocket to make it worth your while.
My Astravan has a sticker on the back, my car isn't stickered but stands out like a sore thumb so hard to miss hehe

The fiver was in his front pocket, he just likes you to rummage around in his back pocket!

I put the “in November?” Comment and Karen came back saying that I obviously hadn’t noticed it was 12 days until the end of November so people would be putting up their decorations ready for December.

She has such lucky kids being driven out now to see a council house lit up in November.

I hope this is a wind up, but just seen on my local group (and the first thing I thought of was this thread).

It's a wind up I've seen it "Found on a dog walk in Swindon" among others...
I am amazed that people do not immediately see these as a joke, there are loads…like the picture of your Xmas tree but with porn playing on the TV in the background etc. There was one girl saying that she initially try ought it looked like a butt plug….I sent a whoosh parrot.

Saw a lit up Christmas tree outside a house on our dog walk a couple of days ago. Time to move I think.

The nice end of where we live has a few lights up, it feels like it’s jumped forward two weeks

The wife was saying to me just this week, she knows of people putting their decorations up and getting their trees. We don't get our tree until the middle of December.

I’m doing a pretty ridiculous light show this year. So I’ve actually been working on ours for a few weeks now and will probably start putting stuff onto the house next weekend. We won’t retrieve the tree and other decs out of storage until 2nd December as we always put that lot up on the the first weekend of December

Not sure if this is 100% coincidence, or just the advertising algorithm at work, but made me chuckle laugh

Sadly its 7ft and not real but it is pre lit and just goes together in three pieces and actually looks very good once decorated. I still get the flex of it not being stored in the loft wink

Is he the bloke that usually lies there in a thong, my wife comments about this as usually the bike is on its stand and he's on his knees.

Mine usually up a week into December, but can't get excited about folk who put them up early. If some twinkling lights and a tree brighten what is generally a pretty cruddy time of year for them who am I to judge? Some folk are on the bones of their backsides at the minute, if it makes them happy thats fair enough.

Absolute cracker of a thread on the local next door site.

Someone is putting food out "in the middle of the road" no details or photos "why are they doing that?"
Various replies about it being a mess if a car runs it over and then people are feeding foxes.
This escalates into people shouldn't feed foxes it attracts rats etc.
Then someone said it's sick people put food out for animal on the road in the hope the animal will eat it and then get run over and they get a sick thrill.
This got a lot of omg and 'sicko' replies and thankfully quite a few " you are a nutter" replies.

Ours usually first weekend of December but going up earlier this year.
Have both a hard resin Father Christmas and snowman bought some years ago not used for last 2 years.
It will make a nice outdoor display
