Mmmmh, not sure on this.

Started well, the first episode was pretty good with lots of open ended questions. But then watched the next 3 episodes over the rest of the evening. I was on call with nought happening. It got progressively more ridiculous and holey. And a whole load of stereotypical characters to tick all the boxes, not in a bad way though including baddies driving big black RR!

That said, it was easy viewing wallpaper as we were monitoring other stuff and became just a jolly mildly over the top who done it. Sort of Murder on the Orient Express in the air.

Will watch the last 2 episodes when next in but if I forget, I won’t lose sleep over what happened.

Actually am sure, a bit of meh fun.

We watched all 6 last night ( don't ask ) We really enjoyed it , twists n turns with every episode , Thoroughly enjoyable caper that has you guessing who are the goodies & who are the baddies. The only thing that grated me was the character of Director General Delainy played by Lesley Sharp who I found totally unconvincing & dating a much younger suave, cool & very handsome CIA agent who's affair & phone calls seem to go unnoticed , Lesley Sharp is no Kristin Scott Thomas playing a similar role as Diana Taverner in the much better polished Slow Horses.

The IMDB only gives it a 5.9 which I find a little harsh to be honest .

if you want a just sit back & enjoy an easy to follow spy jaunt & can sit through the unskippable incessant fking annoying Direct Line stupid adverts then this is just great.

Watched ep 1 may not bother with the others. Far fetched, clichéd, predictable (white van in car park).

I'm only 2 episodes in but it's perfectly watchable and will see where it goes, probably Beijing smile

Watched the first episode last night - thought it was laughable to be honest.
Pretty poor and not sure I want to watch the remainder.

I think it’s absolute tosh but Mrs Wombat quite likes it and now, being three episodes in, I suppose we’ll have to see how it ends.

We binged the lot, and whilst i quite enjoyed the story, the acting has been a huge let down.

Absolutely agree. Those adverts are beyond awful. Whoever came up with them needs to undergo some readjustment therapy.

We quite enjoyed it, even if there are periods where you have to suspend belief.

Persevered with the first half of episode 2 but can’t take any more.
It’s absolutely laughable - pathetic “plot/storyline”, terrible acting (always thought Richard Armitage and Lesley Sharpe were crap actors - well and truly confirmed).
The only “Red Eye” is me tearing at my eyeballs!

Recorded it, skipped the ads, which improves the flow. Predictable story, 6/10.
