As an aside, how many ppl in the thread actually have land and animals? ie more than one dog or cat.
Land but no animals as in livestock.
Better than animals but no land.

I have a few sheep to keep the grass down, a couple of ponies for the grandkids and the odd feral cat.

15 acres and horses

The rain in early 2023 (and early 2024) on heavy clay has not been fun

Tractors, muck spreader, harrow, core aerator, topper etc are lots of fun but no hovercraft sadly

120 acres with lots of sheep on it (plus occasional cows). Land mine but livestock belongs to the farmer!

They're pets so don't come into the equation

I’m no farmer, but pretty sure landmines and livestock don’t mix. I may have read that wrong.

Cool. Wasn't a high priority as a 5 year old.

My local shop has started selling Clarkston's Hawkstone Lager and Cider, it's their best selling product.
It's on tap at our local.

I quite like it. £6 though. Doesn't seem 2 minutes since cheap lager was £1.50 and decent stuff £3.

In 4 years its doubled, atleast up north. Which just means I buy less than half as much.

35 years. I took 80's to mean 1989.

I had an email from the Co-Op today to say they have started selling it as well! Certainly beats having to wait for the postie!
