We discovered this morning that we have a huge problem with a process involving heat treatment, once some of our products have been stress relieved they are shrinking by around 0.012"!!!
Which leaves nothing to machine off to manufacture the actual parts.
Oh dear, Bobbers!Which leaves nothing to machine off to manufacture the actual parts.
Who'd have thought that stress relieving could be so very stressful???

Mrs B and Asha back, been to the beach, sat in the garden with a wine and book, then lamb kebabs, salad, potatoes salad, tomatoes and spring onion salad for tea. Yum
So salad, salad and salad, eh Byker? I also created a nealthy salad this evening, a nomluscious batch of my Glenrobbo Special All-in Salad to accompany my breaded fish fillet and a baked potato for dinner.
Ver tasty.
Hammo has reported a sighting of RAF flying pheromones?
I say chaps, what a turn-on for the ladies, what?
Just one sniff of that RAF Best Blue serge uniform is all it takes...

Excellent for fabrication, not so much for S130 stainless steel.
I'm just glad I can remember anything from my ill-fated apprenticeship. Good morrow fellow Trivialities everywhere
Aaahhhhh, Friday, here you are at last!!!
Thanks for the reminder hammo19, and just what are you doing up at such an ungodly hour???
4 whole hours at work, then I'm going to get my lardy arse out for a bike ride, then go to the hospital to see my dad.
My biggest concern with him spending so much time in hospital is there's nothing to keep him stimulated, which means he deteriorates a little more every time I see him, I've tried taking books and puzzle books in for him, but as he's lost his glasses and I have no idea how to get some new ones sorted out for him, he struggles to read things now, not that he was actually reading or attempting the puzzles.
Oh well, enjoy your day whatever you're doing.

morning most, evening Paua,
I've got a day of sunshine outside whilst I toil in the office playing with software.

Good on all.
It’s not a holiday so I’m strimming this morning, a high moisture content should see me plastered in green mulchy grass cuttings with the odd slug morsel also.
Fout.

We’re off to the Isle of Skye today so up early to continue preparations for the journey.
Speed, bonnie boat. We’re off to the Isle of Skye today so up early to continue preparations for the journey.
Or use the bridge. But that doesn't have a song to go with it, as far as I'm aware.

Morneve y'all. I dropped ( with help from my 80 yr old neighbour) a large macrocarpa tree. Ah've a couple days firewood work in front of me. Which reminds me - I'd rather a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
Tis Friday eve, enjoy yer Friday, evrybooby.
