Needs a bit of a polish! This material really does take micro scratches easily.
Sorry for the weird angles, but one thing you don't notice otherwise is the amazing way the case and curved glass work...this watch is both very old school, and yet oddly futuristic.
It is both the first serious watch I bought, and remains my favourite. When I look at it up close, I think it is a seriously underrated thing, even against things like Pateks and VCs. The finishing is way better than anything else I own and i think the design (admittedly subjective) is super.

Thought I’d be wearing the Casio a bit out here but the GS on the silicone strap is super comfy. Bearing in mind it’s my other half’s daily and is the gym/work/pool watch it’s holding up great after 2 years.
I’m going to have to grab one, maybe the spring drive. Our CA sales partners all arrived with beautiful GS watches, spotted mine and I was surprised how interested they were, given its modest value.
It’s a keeper.

Really great photos and super interesting to see it from those angles. The curve of the glass with the case is quite a feat of engineering.Sorry for the weird angles, but one thing you don't notice otherwise is the amazing way the case and curved glass work...this watch is both very old school, and yet oddly futuristic.

I love the fluted sides.
