The parallels are there, he (Alan Blacker) claimed her couldn't attend a tribunal hearing due to an injury he picked up from performing CPR.

I read that Rossi had said numerous times his injuries prevented him from raising his arms at all, yet he shot his hand up in the air twice IN COURT and waved to get the attention of his attorney
