On that note regarding the 991.1, the lack of PSE naturally leads to a lower price, I was wondering if it was possible and how much it would likely cost to get it fitted ‘after the fact’ and would it be possible to have it integrated in the same way as factory and operated from the button on the console?

Assume exhaust do-able but didn’t realise there was a different engine map too. Would this all be possible post purchase on a model without the factory PSE?

Guess weighing up if a car has ‘what you want’ except the PSE if the price difference can make it workable later down the line perhaps?
PSE retrofit by OPC is possible historically, 911UK members have had it done. IIRC it's about £2k....
Thanks so much for this.

Helpful to know as one I’m interested in is a ‘low spec’ one which is what I’m after really except I do like the idea of the (switchable) sports exhaust and being something that could be retrofitted and hopefully integrated and made to look as stock as possible with centre switch/button etc would be great thanks again

Just need to convince the family it’s a suitable ‘family car’ biggrin

IMO black not desirable, gets way too hot and hard to keep clean!
What does that mean for these black similar mileage cars?

The 10k difference is trade margin and hard back seats or a different steering wheel?

There isn’t a 10k difference, the cc car would be nearly 45k with fees.

The dealer cars have a warranty / some comeback.

So, the obvious question, with details of the 992.2 announced and order books opened what effect might that have on older 911 values? Due to the reasonable price hike I'd expect not much. The 992.1 doesn't look so expensive against the new ones (£110k ish for a very lightly used 992.1 GTS Vs £136k base price for a new 992.2 GTS)

Assuming the OPC will sell you a brand new .2 in flat black for £99k the cheapest.1 under a year old with mileage is £98.5k...

You will lose most of the 10k on the bid offer spread, before any depreciation

This car went on the OPC website for sale at £145K+
I offered them 132k and got an email reply that they would not knock thousands off it.
That was about 2 or 3 weeks back.
Today I got a phone call from them saying that maybe they could deal at 135k.
Yesterday I bought a different car that I prefer.
Is it strange that I get a slight feeling of satisfaction when the Porsche salesperson
comes back with a sheepish phone call when it’s too late?

Perfectly normal reaction, but I'm sure someone will be along to explain that the sales person has no say in that level of discount so it's the DP that made the wrong decision.

Looking at the reg date of 5.19 wonder if that car is actually UK supplied and C16.

Now on at £137k.

To be fair if the car had yellow brake calipers I think it would have sold by now.
2 owners and 6000 miles…..

Unsold GTS on CC, I think with fees it's probably about the right value. Wouldn't be surprised to see CC facilitate a sale at 57k.

No idea, but WBAC are quoting £10k MORE for my 991.2 than they were 6 months ago when I bought it. Go figure.

It’s summer ( but you wouldn’t know) so prices on all cars creep up, come back September/October and see what they are quoting! Add to that what is the general election outcome going to impact on high end products!

What do we think a fair price would be for a 991.1 GTS, PDK, from an OPC, 20k miles, good spec, good condition?

I reckon dealer puts on sale for 65, so they bid mid 50s
Don't normally see with such low miles

Thanks. I am being offered it at more than 70k pre listing which I was thinking is too much..they say it's a relatively rare 99.1 listing with low miles and a good spec. I guess they will list it at around 72k. It looks good from the pics I have seen but I think 2022 price!
