I read an article in a US mag about this - some serious engineering has hone into this, rather more than just plastic addenda.

Still not the most outrageous winged road/homologation car though

Yeah, just because Ford like to keep a link through to lesser kit - this is no uprated regular Mustang, it's pretty much on a par with the old GT1 homologations (just suited to modern regs).

I'd imagine the cross over in BOM other than interior will be virtually zero.
