Do you make your own Kimchi? I had a hankering for it but could only find the tiny jars in Sainsburys and nothing at all in Waitrose. Might have to find an Asian supermarket next week when I'm in Woolwich.

Perhaps one for the 'Phrases that annoy you the most' thread https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&... but calling a meal a plate really annoys me. It's a daft, gastro-pub, cheffy, food critic type affectation that needs nipping in the bud. The plate is what the food is on, what you put together is a meal, a serving or simply breakfast.

p.s. Breakfast looks great!

Let’s start with the elephant in the room, tomato ketchup has no place, anywhere near a ‘plate’ of food. Minus the beans and fresh toms instead of tinned and that would be one of the better ‘plates’ on here.
