That’s a brilliantly subtle way of showing total disdain for Horny. A disdain which I suspect is shared up and down the paddock, especially the way the team has dealt with the allegations against him by suspending the complainant.

Yep, his name is mud. Everyone knows it and it must occupy the minds of many in the media to find ways of highlighting it without crossing a line.

Ted seems to have a talent for the casual throw-away remark which says a lot but doesn't leave him liable for anything biggrin

I think there's a bit of history between Horner and Ted. Obstructive would be preferable I think. While Ted comes over as affable and friendly, he stands up for himself.

I wonder if the 'checking his WhatsApp' was spur of the moment, or a carefully rehearsed ab-lib.

Yes, when Ted had the temerity to suggest on his Notebook that Hamilton was robbed in 2021, toys were ejected from the pram. Red Bull sulked for the entirety of the following race weekend and refused to talk to Sky UK. biglaugh

Is there anything going on with this now? Seems not, so RB and Horner seem to have weathered the storm and very much business as usual. Even the whole MV leaving RB/ toxic environment/ other major pieces leaving have all died a death for the time being.
