How many times i have to tell you no idea but check the certificate its says POLICE IS THEIR CUSTOMER!!! Also police is my customer as well sometimes i am sending to them invoice to pay me for service i done to them! I am not laughing at you, as I cannot speak any other language, let alone write in one, however that has nothing to do with the fact that you just ignore what people tell you, it has been pointed out several times that the police have issued you with a speeding ticket.
You may have made a mistake and sped through an area you don't usually, it happens, it has happened to me, I just paid the fine went on the course and got on with my life.

It appears the NIP (or more simply, 'ticket') HAS been correctly issued, by the correct people. It looks like you are assuming it to be from the 'police' but it doesn't quite work like that. Don't clutch at irrelevant straws.
You claim that you were not doing 41.... a perfectly reasonable claim. BUT to challenge that you need some proof.
Being in a line of cars doesn't matter - they may all have got a ticket.
You also can get 'pinged' up to 1000m away from the van (unusual, but possible).
Post the picture, with your details removed, and you might get a sensible answer.
(Or go over to pepipoo.com - but I know how that will go)

Point of what i really asked help from here not i am speeding 41 or caught by police. I AM TELLING LAST TIME THEY ARE NOT POLICE. They are working for Greater Manchester Police as a FREELANCER. Police has mobile speed cameras as well, this one not one of them! Whether they are actual Police or subcontractors carrying out an approved duty doesn’t matter.
The colour of the camera, or van doesn’t matter.
Neither of those are valid defences, as has been pointed out many times, but you keep insisting on repeating them. Calling people stupid for pointing this out only serves to make you look more stupid.
There was someone on here a few weeks ago with similarly bad English who had a rant about being done for drink driving and wouldn’t listen either.

You are sort of correct - the cameras are often operated by a 'camera partnership'... but they are often Police employees. For all intents, they can be considered an agency of the Police. You *MUST* reply to the request for driver details or you get charged with another offence - that of not providing details.
As far as I can tell, you are just in the threshold for a course. 30 + 10% + 9 mph. So, no points, not even a fine (technically), but you have to pay to go on the course. No guarantee you get offered this though.
It is an argument as to whether the cameras improve safety - but that is just the way it is.
Again, if you are truly believing you were not doing 41 mph, you have the option for Court. Again you will need to prove your case (all the camera partnership need to do is present their measurement - and usually associated video)
As it happens, I had success when I got disclosure of video against myself. I won't go in to too many details, but the video supplied assisted my claim and the case was discontinued.

I admire anyone who can speak three. I struggle with 2.Google translate is good enough these days (at least for forum topics) - you can write in your native language and the English output will be pretty good. I'm not criticising your English, but you may find Google helps you improve.
