Feel for you on this mate, but I'd like to know more about the damage they did to the car?
Did you not take any pics whilst this was all going on?

Amusing though this mutual preenfest may be can I suggest that posting up even hints of retribution in public is perhaps not the best thing to be doing?

Just a thought.

People are more than welcome to suggest hints of retribution methods, but just so everyone knows... I would never lower myself to their standard just to get back at them, I am better than them and I know I am better than them smile

Are you? They are a company doing their job? Why are you better?

(Yes, I know and yes I agree - as I have been a victim myself - but theoretically it is true - as at the moment they have no legal bounds...)

I have just received information that both Mark Stone and Matthew Boosey have criminal records and have both been in prison. I have had a positive email from the Assistant Cheif Constable and Southend Police are on the case.
From where is this "info"?

Asst Chf Constable? Sorry, you wouldn't even get a response from a PCSO via email.. are you claiming to have had an email from the chief of an entire police force?

I don't class clamping me for parking in the correct marked bays for where I work as 'doing their job', their attitude was that the clamp is on so they want the money or the tow it, I even had a Domino's parking permit in the window yet they still clamped me.

Oh, Mark Stone and Matthew Boosey both are known for not doing things the right way, hell Mark Stone has already been in prison for manslaughter so his not the kind of person me or anyone else would like to cause trouble with, if you catch my drift?

The Essex Cronicle of 5 November 2009 reported another successful court case against LBS.

It also reported that LBS were to be investigated by the SIA for dishonestly claiming to be SIA "approved contractors".

An SIA spokeswoman said that the company is not in fact an SIA approved contractor, as stated on business cards. It is an offence to falsely claim SIA approval, carrying a fine of up to Pounds 5,000, and the spokeswoman said the matter will now be investigated.

Mark Stone said: "The SIA Approved mark on our business cards was a misprint."

Some misprint!

Yes! A gentleman called Andy Bliss of Essesx Police. It was a reply to one I sent to the Chf Constable.

What are Domino's doing about this situation? Have they spoken to the landlord?

Sorry but something's not right here.

Emails from chief constables that suddenly aren't and someone who seems to be doing his best to ps off people who clearly wouldn't think twice about doing harm to him or his car (which they allegedly have).

I thought the schools went back last week.

Anyone else notice the clamper on Watchdog had a standard "Security" licence and not a "Vehicle Immobilization" licence?

One like this....

...when it should have been like this.

Naughty.

Make sure if you're ever clamped the security officer doing it has a licence and it's the right one. No "Immobiliser" licence = no lawful clamp.

Youre lucky you didn't get clamped on a Tuesday as you'll then have two clamps to deal with.

Two for one Tuesdays, see.

Not sure how widespread it was but most of the schools near me had an inset day on friday.

I have just rang this mobile number 07958901410 from the domain search above and it is Mark Stone's! and not Matthew Boosey. The message says that he (Mark Stone) is working for Marston's bailiffs. This could answer why they have total disregard for the £14000 of CCJ's against them.

Here is Marston's website www.marstongroup.co.uk This does stink of corruption.

Can bailiffs be certified if they have CCJ's against them?

I think the Southend on Sea County Court should be informed as well as the magistrates court.

Why is Mark Stone a bailiff; when he can't pay his own debts? I think Marston Group should know as well as the County Court and the Magistrate who licenced him.
