They give the second one away for the price of a good dinner. T'would be churlish to refuse.

As I said, if you don't know the distances, then you can't say much more than applying the higher limit.

If you do know the distances, then you can do Havoc's calculation. It would be hard to pass the detailed info to the magistrate for sentencing so would presumably be a general 3pts and 60.

If you know his speed at every point then you can do him willynilly in the right places...
