My 2p.

You parked without paying.
You rightly got a ticket (not interested in 10am on a Sunday and whether it passes the morality test).
Someone put £30 in the pcn envelope (paying it forward?).
You paid the £25 charge.
You’re £5 up.

You should give £30 to a charity of your choice.

And if you can't think of any charities, the local foodbank - or the foodbank trolley at the supermarket - would be more than happy to receive £30 worth of tinned food after your next supermarket run.
