Think of the upside though, if someone tries to use your parking space for a few minutes while you are out, they will get clamped...in your parking space.

laugh Very true! I would be a little pissed at that if I came back from work to find someone in my spot with no money. (so can not get the clamp removed) Even more so because I would probably park behind them...and get clamped.

Perhaps this thread is an example why, if you live in apartments or use premises where there is a parking problem and the management company suggest engaging a clamping outfit as the solution, then you should firmly tell them to Foxtrot Oscar.
