I was saying the same thing to a lady in the office a moment ago. With the amount of dealers around and cars being tested on a frequent basis you would assume it is fairly common.J
Would also assume that in most cases the customer (EG: Me) would just have the mindset that they were driving the car so it was them, end of, so accept liability.
