Park legally, its not difficult is it.
If you choose to park on private land, when you know damn well you shouldn't be, you face the consequences i'm afraid (even if its only for as long as it takes for a pizza to cook)
No sympathy from me.....move along now!!
All true, but the issue has always been about the punishment far outweighing the crime – it's not hard to avoid speeding, but would you support a system where speed cameras could shoot your tyres out?If you choose to park on private land, when you know damn well you shouldn't be, you face the consequences i'm afraid (even if its only for as long as it takes for a pizza to cook)
No sympathy from me.....move along now!!

Why do you already have a solicitor.
Observation's not your strong point, is it?streaky said:

However, I will ask again, was the car parked on the road or on private land?
Don't expect an answer...the OP seems to have 'left the building' since BS was called....However, I will ask again, was the car parked on the road or on private land?
Okay guys, easy with the BS claim and that, I understand why some of you think it though, I kinda wish it was all BS but sadly that is far from the truth
To clear a few things up 1st, the reason why I already have a solicitor acting this quickly is as some people have noticed that my old man is one and he knows others, I have used my current solicitor before so always had him on speed dial and known the person since I was 6 (not that I remember back then )
For the parking issue someone has mentioned, I had parked in our marked out parking bays for Domino's but sadly I didn't check the parking as I had straddled the white line onto another so they clamped it
About the police part... they have been told about what 1st happen and no they couldn't do anything about it as it is a civil matter BUT then we also mentioned about the other things that had happened and they have given me a crime number and have been up the police station most the afternoon giving statements, and getting the guys who was working who witnessed all that happened to give statements AND also to hand over the CCTV footage to the police as it shows exactly what happened.
Now I am sure I have forgotten some other details so please just ask, I don't bite
