I mean the risk of physical confrontation rises as the number of times this idiot jumps out in front of cars goes up doesn't it?
Assuming they are independent events, the risk is exactly the same each time.
The risk of being assaulted each time is the same but the cumulative risk of being assaulted increases.

If there is a 1% risk of being assaulted each time then the risk of being thumped from one confrontation is 1%. However after 70 confrontations the risk of having been thumped at least once is more than 50%.
That doesn't take into account who he confronts. If he picks the wrong ( or right, looking at some of the comments ) person he could well end up on a gangland list with a price on his head.
He's not going to confront drivers in Brent, Hounslow or Tower Hamlets, where the driving standards are 10x worse than any video he's ever posted because he knows exactly what would happen to him

I agree that the risk per encounter will vary depending upon where and who he targets. However that doesn’t change the picture that cumulatively the risk is increasing that he will get his comeuppance at some point.

That's like saying every time I go for a ride the cumulative risk increases that I'll be squashed so I should stop riding. Isn't it?

On the recent video of the breakdown guy dealing with a difficult customer everyone said they would hunt him down and ruin him, hasn't happened. I suspect same will happen with mikey.

You think it's funny if someone gets assaulted? What sort of person are you?

Wow, that's pretty disturbing. Something wrong with you to wish violence on someone. Two wrongs don't make a right.

I'd struggle to restrain a smile if I saw him filming from inside a Bush!

I'd wager there are a considerable number of PHers who would be delighted to see him get assaulted.

I don't have any issues with reporting people who are engaging in behaviour that exposes others to risk.

Using phones whilst driving is clearly in that category.

Filming people using their phone, then confronting them and following them to prolong the confrontation; whilst all the time filming them for "entertainment" so that you can upload the footage to YouTube in order to make money.

IMO that makes him a bit of a tt and I wouldn't care if someone beat the crap out of him.

You don't get out much, do you?

The 16 yr old trainee at my old workplace used to watch the videos of people being executed / hands chopped off etc for entertainment - I find that worrying

But wanting to punch an annoying tt in the face - that's just a natural reaction IME

Absolutely. If you're an absolute scumbag/have been dragged up. Hence the penalty for assault is very severe.
