Is moaning about someone cycling slowly past cars to people you’ve never met a better use of time? He done something illegal by accident then published the video knowing people who hate him will share it far and wide and bringing more eyes to his content.
He even advised the date / time etc for people to report him.
Interestingly the Scooter rider also commits the same offence here
