Just been for a blast in the Dax, did 100mph in a 60 limit (A road, wide open) - felt good and I'm still alive - no windscreen, no aeroscreen, just the sun above me and the scream of the engine in front, the trees swishing in the breeze, did several 0-80 runs away from junctions, comfortably under 6 seconds each. Forgot about cameras and the idiotic minded police and just got on with the driving . . . nice. And probably safer than the constant watching for scumeras that I do in the Mundaneo. And I can do it all again when I go home

If you dirve through a camera site at in excess of a limit, you are a bad driver with no observation!

With the cameras often hidden away it's not surprising we don't see them is it !

Hidden in a large box with a yelow square on it
What is hidden about that?
The signs are there for you to read!

So if there is no sign and no yellow box, i.e. a brown mobile camera van hidden in the bushes totally out of sight on a 70mph limit dual carriageway at midnight, what is your opinion of that?

Your observation of spelling is poor, you can't even spell the word "drive".

Yellow has 2 "L's"

Re your 13.29 post busa rush.....

Without any Romany blood I look into a crystal ball and can predict without any doubt and as sure as God made little apples that you are booked for either a Court or Casualty Department.

Never, ever tempt fate.....

With the constant focus on "speed kills" I just thought I'd post something more refreshing. I can't do those speeds on the way home from work as the traffic is too heavy, will trundle along wth everybody else at 45 and dodge the head on merchants, the phone drivers and half asleep drivers like everybody else. (Especially in the heat today)

In any case, casualty is for tin top drivers, in a 7 style car I'm far more likely to end up in the mortuary. No doors, windscreen, padding to speak of, air bags or crumple zones etc etc - makes you think very carefully about how, where and when you drive it and the drivers around you.
