dodgy roofer - what can i do

I bet the "tradesman" that did the job was one of those helpful ones that knock the door to tell you it needs doing.

Looks like the tradesman didn't remove the ridge tiles which he should have done and then re-bed them with new mortor. The picture shows that he has simply replaced the missing mortor with new. This was alway going to blow after a couple of winters worth of frosts. Small claims I think. Get some more quotes in writing for a proper job and use them as evidence in court.
