My girlfriend signed for this recently....
....while it was being held in a position to hide the damage by the delivery guy.
Thankfully nothing had dropped out but it could have been different and I think he would still have delivered it even if some parts had as he wouldn't know either way.

I'm sorry to learn that.Did Royal Mail track and trace show the steps the package containing the watches took en route to the watch repairer? Did Royal Mail show that the package got to the watch repairer?
