caught in South Wales

Ok, Ive been done. (well, I have an NIP in my name!)
Was in Wales to visit the parents, came off a dual carriageway (70mph limit) and was done as it turned into a 50 .. speed 68mph .... Bugger.
Time to ask for a copy of my Photo / video I think just to see if it was me or the wife driving

im Not worried about the Insurance side of things, Both me and the Wife are insured for each others cars.
Im not too bothered about the fine or the points to be honest.... Yes the Scamera's are a revenue source, yes they target the motorist (ok the law was broken, but its not like it was dangerous ... Sunday lunchtime on an empty dual carriageway (hardly schooltime was it?))
I am more concerned with the driver of the car at the time.. Both me and the wife drive to see our parents, and it could have been either one of us. If its conclusing evidence that I was driving, then I accept it.
